1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VitaDash ("the Service"), operated at vitadash.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
• You must notify us immediately at support@vitadash.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• The biomarker analysis, biological age calculations, AI-powered insights, and supplement recommendations provided by VitaDash are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
• Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any supplement, diet, or exercise program.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or seen on VitaDash.
• VitaDash does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the Service.
• If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
• Reliance on any information provided by VitaDash is solely at your own risk.

4. Description of the Service

VitaDash allows you to upload blood test results, extract and track biomarker values over time, calculate biological age estimates, receive AI-generated health insights, and view personalized supplement recommendations. The Service relies on artificial intelligence and algorithms that may produce approximate or incomplete results. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or clinical validity of any output generated by the Service.

5. Payment Terms

• VitaDash offers paid subscription plans (Monthly and Annual) with full access to all features.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect your current billing cycle. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices displayed may not include taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
• Upon cancellation, your data will be retained but you will lose access to subscriber features at the end of your billing period.
• Annual plan purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
• Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at support@vitadash.app within 14 days of the charge.

7. Data Ownership & Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all data you upload to VitaDash, including your blood test results, biomarker data, and any other personal health information ("Your Content").
• By uploading content, you grant VitaDash a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• We will not use Your Content for purposes unrelated to providing the Service without your explicit consent.
• You may export or delete Your Content at any time. Upon account deletion, all Your Content will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you submit, and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or does not represent genuine lab results.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and all other elements (excluding Your Content), is owned by VitaDash and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE, OR THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

12. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings or by contacting us at support@vitadash.app.
• We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your conduct could harm VitaDash, other users, or third parties.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Sections 3 (Health Disclaimer), 7 (Data Ownership), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties), and 13 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VitaDash regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
